The construction project of Kalajärvi school, kindergarten and youth space in the city of Espoo is the subject of the construction work as described in the invitation to tender and its annexes. The accompanying list of documents contains the commercial and technical documentation of the project.

The project comprises the Kalajärvi Unitary School, 12 group kindergarten and youth space and an outdoor community field with maintenance buildings and the construction of courtyards and outbuildings and structures in accordance with the procurement documents. The project also includes the demolition of the existing primary school as well as kindergarten buildings.
The contractor acts as the main contractor for the project and as the main executor for the legislation in the scope of the procurement documents.
In procurement documents, sectoral plan documents and annexes to the construction permit complement each other, where the newer corresponding document is more valid.

During the course of the work, a primary school (parts C and D) and a kindergarten are operated in the area of the plot, which are dismantled during the course of the work. This shall be taken into account by the bidder when submitting the tender and in the site and safety planning.

Each tenderer shall supply its own initial contract, which must conform to the contract attachment prepared by the subscriber or otherwise be suitable for this work. The data model is complementary to the plans and the things presented in the data model must also be taken into account in the calculation. Calculation cannot be done solely on the basis of a data model. If a point is presented in the data model, but not in other plans, it should be taken into account in the chore. The data model is part of the procurement documents and all the procurement documents are part of the contract.

The northern edge of the exercise field is the option tracker (6m fence+noise barrier fence) .NB! the area today has a smaller stone field with a high metal fence. Dismantling the metal fence belongs to the chore. The field is available as a chore area. In a departure from the architect's job drawing, the parking lot of the current kindergarten is not available as a work area, i.e. during the construction of the school, the work area is the southern edge of the current field up to the fence. The current fence in the sand field can also be used as part of the site fencing. The technology that is in the area of the exercise field is calculated as an option, including the lighting masts of the exercise field. Drainage technology insofar as it serves school and kindergarten buildings belong to the work (not the option).

-Bulk furniture is supplied by the user's contract partner => sockets et al reservations are covered according to the company's plans.
- Hardware, switching and deployment of the camera monitoring system => wiring and piping up to the device belongs to the work, the testing of the camera monitoring system is carried out by the supplier (city framework partner)
- Measurements of the mobile network are carried out as a separate purchase of the subscriber
- Alarmnet Alarm Transfer Device is subscriber acquisition => wiring and piping belongs to the work, switching and testing is carried out by a contracting partner in the city.
- Equipment for technical work are user procurement, which is installed in the chore (including electrical connections). Equipment and locations are marked with underlayments.For technical work of solids, electronics cabinet, tool cabinets and planing benches are user procurement. Other tables and tiers belong to the work in accordance with the underlay and the hardwood furniture diagrams.
- The gas center for technical work with plumbing and equipment is part of the work. The decompression system with its pneumatic barrier and compressor are part of the work.
- For all premises, fixtures and equipment belonging to the work are indicated on the hardware charts and underpings. Designs and terminals included in the plans, including paint, traction and painting cabinets.
- Testing and commissioning tasks of machinery, equipment and systems are always part of the work, unless otherwise specified.
Other information about bulk equipment and bulk furniture works that belong to the work are as follows:
- all showcases with furniture and installations belong to the work
- installation, switching and testing of machinery and equipment for technical work
The cooling container for the exercise field is a separate purchase for the subscriber.
CONSTRUCTION AREA EARTHWORKS
The buildings A and B have been dismantled on the underside of the sensors. The piles were not found as part of the demolition works, in deviation from old plans. Earthworks for new structures belong to the general contractor according to plans and the current situation.
The offer gives unit prices for potential rock reinforcement. All the weaker rock is rammered loose and it belongs to the chore.
LIFTS
The elevator shafts are designed by a structural engineer, but the lifts implementation plans and elevators belong to the main work as a product part deal with the elevator supplier. Lifts are provided in accordance with KONE, SCHINDLER or OTIS models. All tasks of elevators must be manufactured by the same company.
