Continuous Assistance in the Analysis and Set-up of a Competitive Bidding Mechanism under the Innovation Fund

This procurement is the amendment of an existing contract signed under the Call for tenders CLIMA/2022/OP/0003. The current contract ends on 27 September 2023.

The amendment will include activities that are a continuation of the existing contract, around two areas:

(i) assist the Commission in the development of future economic designs for auctions under the Innovation Fund based on the experience of the pilot auction; and

(ii) assist the Commission in the development of business intelligence activities and communication and dissemination activities related with the launching of the first auctions.
