In an open procedure, a tender will be issued for the implementation of a Baden-Württemberg-wide advertising campaign for the support of the construction and opening of the MINT Gymnasium of Excellence with boarding school in Bad Saulgau.

The plan is to set up a STEM high school of excellence with a boarding school in Bad Saulgau in order to be able to provide targeted support for particularly high-performing and talented pupils in Baden-Württemberg with a focus on STEM subjects (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology). The Gymnasium is aimed at students of the upper secondary school (grades 10 to 12), who are selected via an application and multi-stage selection process.

The subject of this service tender is the preparation of a detailed project draft with identification of the optimal communication channels and PR tools to reach the named target groups and proposals for the implementation of the campaign in the first two years of 2023 and 2024. We also ask for an outlook on possible campaign planning for the following years 2025 and 2026 (note: The funds expected to be available for the campaign for these years totalling 350,000 euros (gross) will only be released in the budget for the years 2025 and 2026 after approval by the budget legislator).
