The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in servicing multifunctional devices and printers. The subject of the contract has been specified in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex 4a and 4b to the SWZ, constituting at the same time Annex No. to the draft provisions of the contract constituting respectively Annex 5a and 5b to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts:

Part No. 1 - Service and repair of multifunctional devices with replacement of consumables;

Part 2 – Service and repair of printers.

The contracting authority allows partial bids for one or two tasks. The contracting authority does not allow the division of tasks.

In a complicated situation, which will not allow the Contractor to repair or service multifunctional devices or printers at the headquarters of the Contracting Entity, the Contractor will provide in return replacement equipment with parameters no worse than the equipment taken for service / repair.

The subject of the contract for Lot No. 1 is the service and repair of multifunctional devices along with the replacement of consumables for this type of devices.

The subject of the contract for Part No. 2 is the service and repair of printers
