Framework agreement for hiring purchasers in demanding periods.

The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into framework agreements for hiring purchasers with 3 or several tenderers, to help with the resource situation in connection with procurements in demanding periods.

The work shall primarily consist of procurement of advisory services and contracts in the building and construction field, but other types of procurement may also be relevant.

The workplace shall mainly be in Trøndelag County's premises in Trondheim or at Steinkjer.
