The aim of this tendering process is to conclude a single Framework Agreement for:

Providing rights of use (licenses) and maintenance/support on rights of use (licenses and/or software assurance (SA)) of end manufacturers or software suppliers for office automation, task applications and adjacent underlying server software. Also included is the possibility to purchase ad-hoc additional services related to these products. This explicitly does not concern custom software but COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) software, which has therefore not been specifically developed for the Client;

Providing consultancy (substantive advice and implementation of implementations and other additional services). with regard to Provide cloud platforms (at least Azure, AWS and Google Cloud) and the associated support. This explicitly concerns Microsoft Azure (or one of the other products Amazon or Google) IaaS and PaaS use.
