The Office Bad Bramstedt-Land itself and the municipalities Alveslohe, Hartenholm, Hasenmoor, Lentförden, Nützen, Hagen, Hitzhusen, Weddelbrook, Hardebek, Hasenkrug, Mönkloh, Heidmoor, Großenaspe, Boostedt, Gross Kummerfeld, Heidmühlen and Henstedt Ulzburg in Schleswig-Holstein intend the conclusion of a framework agreement to cover their continuing need for protective clothing in the area of the fire service with the help of an electronic catalog in accordance with § 27 VgV.
The tender involves the conclusion of a multi-partner framework agreement with a total of 3 suppliers for the supply of the continuing needs of equipment and clothing in the field of fire-fighting. On the basis of the framework agreement, the procurement should take place using an electronic catalog system, from which the contracting authorities can retrieve the procurement elements they need.
The offers should be submitted in the form of an electronic catalog, § 27 Abs. 2 VgV. It is necessary to design the electronic catalog system in such a way that it enables the various users to access services according to their wishes and under the principles of economic procurement. The call is made in each case by individual calls from the framework agreement. In addition, bidders have the option of transmitting the electronic catalog and its contents as print documents. The framework agreement entitles the fire brigades, voluntary fire brigades, youth fire brigades and local branches of the designated offices and municipalities, equipment and clothing to be ordered from the current catalog of authorized dealers.

The framework agreement starts from the award of the contract and has a maximum term of 4 years. An extension option is not provided.
Moreover, the authorities and municipalities involved are free to make calls under the framework agreement or, instead, to cover their needs for protective clothing for firefighters. An estimate of the total targeted needs of all municipalities can be found in this contract notice. It is the result of a demand survey of the municipalities involved in the framework agreement on the basis of which the estimated maximum total value over the contract period was determined.
