The consultation is made by open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles R. 2124-2 1 o , R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code.

The consultation will lead to a framework agreement with purchase orders, in application of the article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the code of the public order.

Volume of the order:

- lot 1 - mini: fixed price of the service item 1 - max: 140 000 EUR excl. VAT + amount of item 1,

- lot 2 - mini: fixed price of the service item 1 - max: 14 000 EUR excl. VAT + post amount 1.

Publishing services:

- item 1 - implementation of the solution,

- item 2 - exploitation.

Treatment of paper regulations:

- item 1 - implementation of the solution,

- item 2 - exploitation.
