The Operation consists in restructuring and equipping the rooms of a residential building (housing type hostel) in R + 4 consisting of an independent wing and connected to the entire city by a common ground floor

Objectives: 1- Modification of the typology of the rooms (9m² = > 13 to 14m²). 2- Insertion of tri-function cabins with associated work (network recovery, furniture replacement, ...). 3- renovation and PRM adaptation of rooms and housing on the ground floor and work rooms. 4- Expansion and renovation of the collective kitchens on the floor of Building 2. 5- improvement of the general comfort of the building o Renovation / thermal improvement of the building envelope. o Replacement of screen doors and installation of electronic locks. o Recovery and adaptation of the VRD with development of the exteriors of the city. o Renovation of the external fire escapes o Improvement of the image of the city and enhancement of the green spaces of the site
