The town of Drensteinfurt maintains the Catholic primary school Rinkerode in the district of Rinkerode. Due to the increasing number of pupils and registrations for the area of the open all-day school (OGS) and the changing forms of learning, the space programme has to be adapted and expanded.
The expansion is based on the school development plan from 2020 and the corresponding political decisions. The contract includes the creation of a completely rethought room and usage concept in cooperation with the city administration and the school management. The school administration, the branch office of the administration and the OGS are to be housed in the historic main building. In addition, the renovation of the basement of the main building, extensive renovation work in the historic main building including a new room layout, the renovation and modernization of the right school tower and the creation of a teaching material warehouse in the attic and the construction of a new school canteen (open location question) as well as associated other measures are to be implemented. The subject of this tender is the planning services for the structural design (Lot 1) in work phases 1 to 6, as well as the provision of the MEP planning services for work phases 1 to 9 for Lot 2 (plant groups 1 - 3) and Lot 3 (plant groups 4 - 6), as well as the outdoor plant planning in work phases 1 to 9.
