The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer to cover the directorate's need for graphic design and related consultancy services. Consulting and project management related to stands and fair participation may be relevant.

Relevant assignments are:

- Concept and idea development

- Further develop the directorate's graphical profile: Logo, figures, icons, etc.

- Design illustrations, including technical construction illustrations

- Infographics

- Design and layout of large documents, including the directorate's annual report

- Design and layout of graphical elements for events and activities, such as conferences

- Developing presentations

- Film production - information films, animation films
