New Skovmølleværk is placed at Skovmøllevej 35a, 5881 Skårup (land zone) of approx. 15.000 m2
cadastral owned by Svendborg Vand A/S.
The superstructure/climate screen should harmonize with the surrounding surroundings (nature: forest, to and fields) and be over terrain. It places all process installations as well as all electrical equipment as well as building inventory. The processor is established as one high floor. Access to the processor is via personal lock and goods/freight sluice. In living room level outside the process, welfare measures and crew rooms are established. On the first floor outside the processor, teaching room can be established and further.
A virtual-reality VR3D model must be established in total form where operating and service people can
assess the space and working conditions of work in and at Nyvskovmølleværk. It must be made
energy calculations, made lifecycle perspective, and enter into sustainability considerations in
project.
Wiring and terrain works are featured in the project. See Annex 2.0 of the tendering material.
Facility
New Forest millworks shall be carried out with 2 parallel water production lines with a
recovery capacity of 150-225 m3/hour, a container capacity totaling 1600 m3 and a
pumping capacity up to 375 m3/hour.
The 2 parallel lines contain raw water intake, oxygenation plants (compressor plants and
oxygen mixing plants), pressure filters, clean water containers and pumping plants, but with common
rinse function of the pressure filters for one slug/felling basin, as well as ventilation, dehumidifying and
emergency generator plant. Pure water canisters must be emptied by gravitation to forthcoming
LAR facilities with overflow function for nearby streams and/or sewage systems.
Factional conditions
Geotechnical studies (Annex 7.0 to tender material) show intact bed glacial deposits
from 0.3 to 0.9 metres below terrain consisting of older clay, silt and sand deposits.
The groundwater mirror is today ml 2.3 and 4.9 meters below terrain in normal operation of Gl.
Woodland millworks. The natural water mirror is about 0.6th meter below terrain.
Direct fundering is expected - either in terrain level, or lowered terrain level including
drainage for limiting the height of the building relative to the surroundings.
The site involves consideration of other stakeholders including lot owners with respect to
noise and traffic to and exit conditions, difficult, cramped conditions by narrow road with
on. Larger cars, cranes, digging equipment, etc., are referred to as far as possible to
construction site within the parking/set-up fence. The daily operation must be taken into account
access to Gl. Woodland millworks.
The project and construction workers must take into account inadequately planned neighbouring properties
and expected studies for past memories in the area in cooperation with the local
museum. See Annex 2.0 of the tendering material.
Partnering Cooperation
A partnership partnership is being developed between the developer, an elected adviser and an elected
contractor, including incentive agreement for over- and deficit sharing (tendering material
Annex 0.1.0). See also Annex 0.0 of the tender material.
Partnership cooperation shall be established following separate provision of services for the advisor and
contractor, which is expected to be established in Q4 2022.
Parties to cooperation must be required to engage actively in dialogue with authorities and others
stakeholders, including that some parts of solutions must be expected to be developed together with
authorities, landowners and subcontractors of equipment. This could affect the schedule.
The agreement basis will be a partnership agreement. Offering of the advice has been done separately
earlier in 2021.
