The service provider undertakes to perform the services for the client pursuant to the Law of 4 August 1996 on the well-being of employees in the performance of their work (Belgian Official Gazette 18/09/96).

This concerns, among other things, the assignments assigned to the department responsible for medical supervision of the employees, but also assistance in the general welfare policy (which support in risk analyses, which measurements, what support can be given in the elaboration of a reintegration policy).
