The university intends to award a "service framework agreement" for architectural and engineering services, with which it intends to entrust engineering services that will not be carried out within the university.

The contracts of lot 1 will have as its object the planning, safety coordination, works management and testing and the maximum amount is EUR 1 000 000, over EUR 400 000 of options; it will concern architecture and engineering services individually for a maximum amount of EUR 100,000. Lot 1 will be concluded with 6 economic operators.

The contracts of lot 2 will have as object the planning, safety coordination, supervision of works and testing of more complex interventions than those of lot 1 and which will include a multitude of skills and an integrated approach. The maximum amount of lot 2 is EUR 2 500 000, over EUR 500 000 of options; it will deal with architectural and engineering services individually for a minimum amount of EUR 100,000 and a maximum of EUR 1 million. Lot 2 will be concluded with 6 economic operators.

The contracts of lot 3 will have as object the preliminary verification activity of the design and the maximum amount is of 500 000 EUR, over 100 000 EUR of options. Lot 3 will be concluded with 6 economic operators.
