The purpose of the publication is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of light sources for Sogn og Fjordane county and participating partners.

Tenders shall be given for the tenderer's range of goods in accordance with the attached price form; annex 3.

The contract authority makes reservation that participants in the agreement can requests offers from several tenderers for a particular procurement/project procurement, exceeding NOK 500,000.

The Contracting Authority make reservations that if the requested products/ items not in stock that are not included in the price form is not available by 2 weeks from being ordered, the contracting authority can procure the product from another supplier.
