The subject of the order is:
1) rendering of services including the collection, transport and management of municipal waste arising on the premises of residential real estate located in the area of the Goleszów commune
2) liquidation of illegal dumps
3) creation and operation of PSZOK together with waste management
A detailed description of the contract is specified in the ToR.
The proceedings will be conducted in so-called "Reverse procedure" referred to in Article 24aa of the Act - Public Procurement Law.
The subject of the contract is a service including:
1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste arising on the premises of inhabited real estate, located in the commune of Goleszów in the period from 1.7.2019 to 31.12.2020.
2) liquidation of illegal dumps - removal of waste from places not intended for their storage or storage in the period from 1.7.2019 to 31.12.2020.
3) creation and operation of a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) along with the management of the waste generated in the period from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2020, and in the case of signing the contract after 1.1.2019 from the date of the contract.
General information about the size of the order:
Commune area - 6 589 ha, average monthly number of inhabitants reported to the municipal waste collection and management system, according to data for the last 21 months - 11 502 people, the number of buildings covered by the service: in single-family housing - 3 799 pcs, in multi-room housing - 29 pcs.
Estimated amount of waste: 1) from the premises inhabited by about 5 800 Mg, 2) illegal dumps - min. 60 m
Employer, based on the provisions of art. 36a section 2 of the PPL Act, stipulates that the following subcontractors may be provided: 1) services in the field of collection and transport of the following waste:
a) expired medicines and b) used batteries with codes 20 01 33 *, 20 01 34.
2) service involving the creation and operation of PSZOK.
The remaining scope of services must be performed by the Contractor in person.
