Part 1 - Supply and upgrade network adapters in IBM Power 9

Part 2 – delivery of type 1 disk array with installation

Part 3 – delivery of type 2 disk array with installation

Part 4 – delivery of type 3 disk array with installation, expansion of type 3 disk array

Part 5 – Supply of RACK and BLADE Servers

Part 6 – Type 1 Server Delivery

Part 7 – Delivery of Type 2 and Type 3 servers.

The OPZ contains the scope of deliveries that the Contractor will be obliged to perform under the basic contract and the contract covered by the option right in the scope of part II. 4 and 5 orders.

The description of the subject of the contract shall include the scope of supplies that the Contractor will be required to perform under the basic contract and the contract covered by the option right within the scope of lot 4 of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the order covered by the option right.

Part 5 – delivery of RACK and BLADE servers

The description of the subject of the contract includes the scope of deliveries that the Contractor will be obliged to perform

in the framework of a basic contract and a contract covered by a lot 5 procurement right. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the order covered by the option right.

Part 6 – delivery of a type 1 server
