Mail delivery and distribution service by shuttle to the various institutions and organisations in Luxembourg.

The object of this contract is the delivery of mail packaged in bins, bags, parcels and boxes by shuttles to the various buildings and campuses occupied and/or to be occupied by the participating institutions and organisations in Luxembourg. This contract also includes mail distribution, particularly in buildings managed by the European Commission.

This contract is divided into two line items:

— line item 1: delivery of mail to the buildings of the contracting authorities;

— line item 2: mail distribution in buildings managed by the European Commission.

The contract price is determined in accordance with Annex II ‘Financial offer’ and Article I.4.2) of the contract, and covers all of the related supplies and services.
