The services requested consist in the removal of liquid and hazardous wastes present in effluent tanks spread over several zones and to ensure their transport subject to ADR (excluding class 1, 2 7).

A mandatory site visit will be organised during the tender period with the successful candidates.

The services are broken down into phases:

- a start-up phase,

- an operational and optional phase composed of three posts:
