The object of the contract is related to the elaboration of an execution project for the Construction of a Collective Housing Building (at affordable costs) located in Levandeira, Estrada da Estação in Alcains in accordance with the objectives and requirements contained in the documents presented in attachment: Preliminary Program, Technical Specifications and under the terms of the legislation in force.

The construction of the building aims to place a significant supply of affordable rental housing on the real estate market and, at the same time, ensure a quick response to the housing needs of this area.

The preparation of the project must comply with the provisions of Ordinance No. 255/2023, of August 7, for the purposes provided for in Law No. 31/2009, of July 3, amended and republished by Law No. 40/2015, of June 1.
