Implementation of construction planning services for the new Fraunhofer Research Campus Karlsruhe, total costs KG 200-700 (without initial equipment) max. 40,820,000 net (excluding VAT) in accordance with II.2.4).

The implementation of the project takes place in the ZBau procedure, including the preparation of an application and construction document as well as the performance of a concept discussion with the funding providers.

Fixed price contract! Fee according to HOAI according to the model contracts of RBBau. Step-by-step commissioning of the service phases 2-4 and 5-8 HOAI in accordance with the model contracts of RBBau. Commissioning LPH 5-8 at the earliest upon receipt of the approved application and construction document.

Fee zone (§35 HOAI): IV, fee rate (§35 HOAI): Minimum rate, amount of ancillary costs: according to RIFT-Bund in the latest version, no conversion surcharge, no building fabric to be processed.

Planning services Project planning for an institute building as a new building for the Fraunhofer Institutes ISI and IOSB in Karlsruhe as part of a grant measure according to RZBau.

The construction project is to be erected at Fraunhoferstraße 1 in 76131 Karlsruhe.

The new building is a workplace for 430 employees and around 150 student assistants. For this purpose, approx. 7,145 m² of usable space NF 1-6, consisting of office, conference, seminar and workshop areas as well as a canteen kitchen including ancillary rooms and dining room with appropriate infrastructure, are required. For the office space (approx. 5,300 m² NF), a new space concept (NEW WORK) is to be implemented, which will also enable medium-term growth. The core of the spatial concept is the creation of flexibly usable and designable open office spaces that promote openness, transparency and creativity, as well as being used in areas for concentrated work.

As a recipient of funding from the federal and state governments, the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft e.V. is obliged to provide proof of "BNB silver" as the minimum standard for grant construction measures in accordance with the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB). Thus, there is a certification obligation. The certification requirement must be complied with for the measure concerned. This means that the ambitious targets for energy-efficient and sustainable construction must be taken into account in the early planning phases. In any case, the proof must be documented and substantiated. The achievement of the above-described certification in the "BNB Silver" level is an essential prerequisite for the financing of the construction project that is the subject of the contract. It is therefore also stipulated in the contract as an agreed quality. The contractor is responsible for achieving the certification at the silver level and ensures this through his or her performance.
