1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in granting the Municipality of Wola Krzysztoporska two long-term loans. 1.1. The contract is divided into 2 lots, as follows: LOT 1: Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 3,200,000.00 for the purpose of repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances PART 2: Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 11,800,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit for capital expenditures. 1.2. Detailed requirements for the performance of the contract are included in Annex 6 to the SWZ – guidelines of the Contracting Authority.
