The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding and seed work, hunting economy, to be carried out in the Borki Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and works in the field of seeds, hunting management, resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ. It is envisaged to award contracts pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL, within a period of up to 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, in the amount of up to 50% of the value of the basic contract for services as in the previous sentence.

The required technical and personnel potential is at least: 1 skidding tractor or adapted for harvesting wood, 2 pcs. chainsaws, 2 people who have successfully completed the training to work with the chainsaw in accordance with paragraph 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 24.08.2006 on health and safety in the performance of certain works in the field of forest management (Journal of Laws No. 161, item 1141) or corresponding authorizations issued on the basis of previously applicable regulations or corresponding authorizations issued in other European Union countries.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") covering works in the field of hunting management to be carried out in the Borki Forest District in 2023. It is required to have an amount (or creditworthiness) of at least PLN 5,000. Experience in the field of forest services should be demonstrated, i.e. performance of these services in the last 3 years for the amount of not less than PLN 10,000 gross.
