The object of the order is the purchase and delivery of three used MAXI class buses, accident-free, technically efficient, intended for operation in regular public transport. The buses offered must be tailored to carry disabled people. The buses offered must be of one brand and in one type — identical in design, compilation and equipment.

The object of the order is the purchase and delivery of three used MAXI class buses, accident-free, technically efficient, intended for operation in regular public transport. The buses offered must be tailored to carry disabled people. The buses offered must be of one brand and in one type — identical in design, compilation and equipment. Before the final selection of the most advantageous offer, visual inspection of the buses offered will be made to verify compliance with the description of the object of the order. A test ride will also be performed to verify the correct operation of the components. The unsatisfactory technical condition of the buses offered will be grounds for rejecting the offer. The Contractor shall deliver the object of the order to the office of the Ordering Party in Jelenia Góra, Liberty Street 145, by his own transport, at the risk and expense of the Contractor. The transfer of ownership of the subject of the contract will be carried out by a separate leasing agreement (financial lease) to the financing entity of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the contract with the Contractor established in this proceeding will become legally effective and operational subject to the Contracting Authority concluding a leasing agreement. The absence of a lease agreement will not claim any financial and legal effects of the Contractor against the Contracting Authority and thus the agreement will not apply. The Contractor shall be informed of the conclusion of the lease agreement by the Contractor. The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor shall grant a minimum of 3 months warranty for the buses delivered.
