Driving services for the emergency medical service of the North Rhine-Westphalia Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in the area of the district of Rhein-Kreis Neuss.

KV Nordrhein has commissioned GMG Gesundheitsmanagengesellschaft mbH, its wholly-owned subsidiary, to organise and carry out the general emergency medical service.

Through an Open Procedure, GMG intends to provide the following mobile services to assist doctors in carrying out home visits as part of the emergency service. As part of the scope of the guarantee, the car service is operated on the basis of Section 75 (1) of the Civil Emergency Service Regulations of the North Rhine-Westphalia Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the North Rhine-Westphalia Medical Association.

The award procedure is carried out by KV Nordrhein for GMG. The future contractor's contractual partner will be GMG Gesundheitsmanagementgesellschaft mbH.

The object of the contract is the provision of vehicles with drivers for the transport of doctors in the general emergency medical service. The basis for the organisation and conduct of the emergency medical service in the area of the district of Rhein-Kreis Neuss is the organisational chart in accordance with § 11 of the Common Emergency Service Regulations of the Health Ingregators North Rhine-Westphalia and the

North Rhine-Westphalia Medical Association.
