The purpose of the framework agreements is to cover the Norwegian Defence's need for aviation fuel services. The framework agreements will ensure that the Norwegian Defence has its need covered for assistance with aviation fuel services, in order to ensure competent personnel and capacity.

The offered staff will mainly assist with tanking civil and military planes, delivering fuel to and operating aviation tank lorries, contributing to receiving tank boats and making daily check-outs/preparing tank lorries and tank installations, as well as checking technical alarms. 

Lot 1 - North, as a starting point comprising the locations Bardufoss, Evenes, Andøya, and Bodø.

Lot 2 - Central, as a starting point comprising the locations Ørland and Værnes.

Lot 3 - West, as a starting point comprising the locations Sola and Haakonsvern.

Lot 4 - East, as a starting point comprising the location Rygge.
