New Gorbals Housing Association Ltd. is a not for profit social housing provider and is a registered social landlord based in the south side of Glasgow.

It is the Association's intention to enter into a contract with one contractor to deliver their Gas Servicing and Reactive Maintenance contract in their Hutchesontown, Laurieston and Gorbals Estates.

The total number of units owned by the Association included within the contract is approximately 1,300. The Contract is to be let for a period of three years with an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further two years.
