Separate framework agreement with purchase order with maximum and signed with an economic operator. The amount of the framework agreement orders is defined as follows:
- for lot 1: maximum threshold of EUR 1,500,000 excluding tax,
- for lot 2: maximum threshold of 150,000 EUR HT.
These amounts are identical for the renewal periods.
