The total price relates to the procurement, supply, assembly including start-up and commissioning of a complete cooling and heat pump plant incl building. The energy centre is based on water-cooled heat pumps with cooling production for surrounding companies as well as production of heat for the district heating network. The cooling power of the entreprice is 2,700 kW at a temperature set of 3-10/18 degrees, as well as 35/75-90 degrees. The refrigeration/heat pump plant must be based on a natural coolant. Total total contract must be CE marked before delivery. The tender offers a number of options for increased cooling capacity and increased district heating temperature production. Building is prepared to accommodate the increased cooling capacity

It is made aware that there is a conditional total contract.

The overall contract price includes the following total works: Building, building, building water heat pumps, refrigerant circuit, internal pipelines, pipes in ground for district heating and remote cooling, circulation pumps, refrigeration and district heating distribution pumps, expansion tank plant for remote cooling, ventilation and necessity, coolant detection, alarm, complete electrical installation with associated transformers, control/regulation, instrumentation, and all relevant permits for the installation and operation of the heat pumps with associated auxiliary equipment. Commissioning and testing of facilities, as well as training and handing over to the builder operating organization. The heat pump should partly produce remote cooling for the remote cooling network, and partly produce district heating for the district heating network. The district heat is produced by the heat pump utilizing excess heat from remote cooling.
