Technical assistance services on the Rueil-Malmaison site for “technical-functional” expertise on HR applications:
Teams'RH application (IFPEN payroll management and subsidiaries);
PeopleSoft GA application (administrative personnel management);
ETemptation application (time and absence management);
Foederis application (monitoring of GPEC training / interviews);
SANTRA application (health monitoring at work).
- Provide level 2 support on user incidents;
- Provide technical and functional support to RMAs in resolving anomalies and analyzing requests or changes;
- Carry out acceptance, non-regression and flow tests.
His role will be to ensure the handling of requests (tasks, anomalies, developments, technical support), their follow-up and their updating in the management tools.
- qualify in terms of feasibility, cost and time the modifications of the application in response to operating anomalies and requests for minor functional changes sent to it by the RMA;
- analyze the impacts on the IS (related applications, repositories, etc.) of a modification of the applications;
- manage, where applicable, the relationship with the publisher and / or external service providers in charge of maintaining the application;
- bring its functional skills to the realization of transversal actions involving IFPEN as well as its service providers who ensure the MOE and the administration of PSV9;
- analyze the editors' fixes that can deal with the problems encountered by IFPEN, report uncorrected standard anomalies, ensure the follow-up and the provision of the elements requested by Oracle;
- provide level 2 support on user incidents in accordance with IFPEN procedures;
- Provide technical and functional support to RMAs in resolving anomalies and analyzing requests or changes;
- participate in periodic meetings to monitor the application (reporting anomalies and requests for changes, operation of the application) with the business;
- inform the manager of the EMSIS department of key events in the MCO as well as the desired functional changes;
- carry out acceptance, non-regression and flow tests;
- keep the technical documentation of the application up to date, contribute to the updating of the functional documentation;
- provide technical and functional support to the department in charge of operations within the IT department (processing procedures, recovery procedures, operating instructions, analysis of operating incidents, etc.).
