1. Object of the contract:
1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of receiving municipal waste and its transport to the nearest Municipal Waste Processing Installation indicated in the “Waste Management Plan for the Pomeranian Voivodeship 2022", created and collected on all properties on which residents live on all properties on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality Nowa Wieś Lęborska;
1. Object of the contract:
1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of receiving municipal waste and its transport to the nearest Municipal Waste Processing Installation indicated in the “Waste Management Plan for the Pomeranian Voivodeship 2022", created and collected on all properties on which residents live on all properties on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality Nowa Wieś Lęborska;
2) Supply bags for selective collection of municipal waste such as paper, plastics and metals, glass and biodegradable waste
3) organize once a year collection of large-sized waste, electrical and electronic waste (complete and incomplete). This action shall include the collection of the following waste fractions: large-sized waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, automotive, bicycle and moped tires. The collection does not include post-assembly, construction and sanitary waste.
4) Control of the implementation by property owners of the obligation of selective collection of municipal waste;
5) Documentation keeping related to the activities covered by the contract.
2. Data on the Municipality of Nowa Wieś Lęborska, affecting the subject of the order
1) The number of residents of the Municipality Nowa Wieś Lęborska as of 30.09.2021 is 13,652 people.
2) The area of the municipality is 270.39 km².
3) The number of properties resulting from the declarations made as of 30.09.2021 is 3587, including 6 managers of multi-scale buildings (cooperatives and housing communities) and 50 owners of properties on which there are cottages or other properties used for purposes recreational and recreational activities, used only for part of the year.
4) The number of inhabitants resulting from the declarations made as of 30.09.2021 is 11,153.

6) The quantity of individual properties and the number of persons residing resulting from the declarations submitted by the owners will be forwarded to the Contractor in the form of a list within 7 days of the signing of the contract. The contractor should adjust to the increase or decrease in the amount of property inhabited by residents from which municipal waste must be collected.
3. Receipt and transport service concerns the reception of the following waste fractions:
1) mixed,
2) plastics, metals and multi-plant packaging
3) glass,
4) paper,
5) furniture and other large-sized waste,
6) used car, bicycle, moped tires.
7) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,
8) biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on biowaste,
Waste should be collected from all property owners residing in the municipality of Nowa Wieś Lęborska, on all properties on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality Nowa Wieś Lęborska.
List of properties, the Contractor will receive on the date of signing the contract.
