The object of this contract consists in the selection of an agency dedicated to the management of all press relations and influence of UCANSS (on its behalf and that of Social Security). The consultation procedure used is the restricted call for tenders, pursuant to the provisions of Articles L 2124-2 and R 2124-2-2 of the Public Order Code. The restricted procedure is as follows 1 date of receipt of applications: 31 July 2023 2 examination and selection of applications: from 31 July to 11 September 2023 3 admission of candidates - sending of the letter of invitation to admitted candidates: 12 September 2023 4 date of receipt of offers from admitted candidates: 10 October 2023. A maximum of six (6) candidates will be admitted to submit an offer at the end of the application analysis phase (the number of 6 is a maximum)

the services to be carried out by the Account Holder are as follows:- advice on the PR strategy and influence to be put in place;- Realization of a watch;- constitution and communication of a bimonthly press file to UCANSS;- Realization of a press kit presentation;- Definition of key messages;- Contact with journalists - In relation with our press officer;- Operational and logistical management of press relations operations in relation with our Press officer;- Monthly reporting;- Annual review of the actions carried out and recommendations for the following year
