Hulpverleningszone Zuid-West Limburg wishes to conclude an agreement with regard to Enterprise Asset Management, both in its own name and for its own account, and in its capacity as a central purchasing centre.
EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) is an indispensable means for an organization such as a rescue zone to manage all (intervention) resources. Currently, this is managed by outdated software packages or simply keeping lists yourself. Such a software package will allow us to better manage our resources.
We want to reach an agreement on the right to use an EAM software for a period of (min.) 4 years.
The assignment shall also include:
- The delivery of the necessary Dutch documentation
- The start-up, migration of existing data and the setting of the application
- The maintenance and support of the software
- The training of staff for the use of the programme, including application managers. (admins).
- The free access to the data in the database, even after stopping the maintenance contract or cancelling the licenses
- The licenses
The assignment can be tacitly extended 2 times
