ERAFP wishes to select as soon as possible a service provider who will be in charge of the multitechnical maintenance of the facilities of the private units occupied by ERAFP, and which will also be in charge of providing multiservices services on behalf of the ERAFP. ERAFP. The incumbent will ensure a quality of service both in terms of the operation of the facilities and multi-service services that will be entrusted to him.

Multitechnical maintenance of premises rented by ERAFP:

- technical maintenance of ERAFP's private parts, in particular: security of the private parts / maintenance works / assistance with electrical regulatory controls,

- Cleaning the ERAFP's private areas, in particular: cleanliness and hygiene of the premises, disinfection, deratting, disinsection (3D), cleaning of the interior glazing and floors.

Management staff will be responsible for supervising and managing multitechnical maintenance on behalf of the incumbent.

Multiservice services on behalf of ERAFP:

- receipt, verification of the conformity of deliveries to the order and distribution of deliveries, storage of deliveries, preparation and follow-up of orders, collection of mail and distribution of mail, monitoring and alerts of all types of consumption and monitoring of other suppliers ( An exhaustive list of services will be provided in phase 2 of the procedure),

- monitoring multitechnical maintenance activities: control and reporting of the execution of these multi-technical maintenance activities on behalf of ERAFP,

- Inform and refer to the multitechnical maintainer of the common areas of the building the problems of which he is aware.

These services require a morning onsite presence of an employee of the provider on the premises of ERAFP.
