Supply of endoprostheses

The subject of the order is the supply of endoprostheses. A detailed description of the subject of the order has been included in Annex 2 to the SETC (Assortment and Price Form). The terms of delivery and collection of the subject of the order are specified in the contract template constituting Annex 3 to the SETC.

The offered assortment should be admitted to trading and use on the territory of the Republic of Poland and meet the requirements set out in the Act of 20.5.2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 175, as amended).


Diaphragmatic and revision hip joint endoprosthesis

Supply of metatarsal and revision endoprostheses of the hip joint. A detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in the Assortment and Price Form (Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference) and the contract template (Annex 3 to the ToR).


Bone cement

Delivery of bone cement.

A detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in the Assortment and Price Form (Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference) and the contract template (Annex 3 to the ToR).


Cementless and cement endoprosthesis of the hip joint

Delivery of uncemented and cemented hip joint endoprostheses. A detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in the Assortment and Price Form (Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference) and the contract template (Annex 3 to the ToR).


One-compartment knee replacements with an option for patellofemoral joint

Delivery of single-joint knee joint prostheses with the option for the patellofemoral joint.

Knee joint endoprostheses, primary and revision

Delivery of total knee replacement prostheses and revision knee joint replacements.
