The project consists of the heavy rehabilitation of the Mâcon pavilion, located on the Mansart site currently housing 144 student housing units (35 rooms per floor and 4 in the DRC). The objective of the operation is therefore the complete rehabilitation of the entire building including housing which will all include bathrooms / WC cabins and kitchens / kitchenettes.

The prime contractor will be entrusted with the following missions: basic mission including DIAG, EXE and complementary missions OPC, CSSI, SIGN and STD.
