The object of the order is the collection and development (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from properties located in the Nasielsk Municipality, where residents reside, uninhabited properties, cottages and other real estate used for purposes recreational - leisure in a way that ensures the achievement of adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as of late), records of the existing Waste Management Plan for Masovia for the years 2012 - 2017 taking into account the years 2018-2023

together with the attachments.Detailed scope was included in the SWZ, made available on the ordering party's website.

3. Obligations of the Contractor:

1) In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness

and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as of late), receiving municipal waste from properties where residents reside, uninhabited properties, cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, including:

(a) receiving non-segregated (mixed-residual) municipal waste,

(b) receiving segregated waste:

− Plastics, metals and multi-aerial packaging,

− packaging glass (bottles and jars),

- paper and cardboard.

(c) receiving biodegradable waste with particular regard to biowaste,

(d) receiving ash and slag,

e) receipt of large-sized waste, waste electrical equipment

and electronic and worn tyres;

f) post-Christmas Christmas trees (natural) — 1 time a year.

1) Equipment of the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste at the Contractor's expense with containers (7 pcs KP-7, 2 pcs KP 16) and the handling of the disposal of waste from that point from containers owned by the Contractor and from containers belonging to the Contracting Authority of waste collected in the section 3.18;

2) Equipment of nests for selective waste collection

in containers for selective waste collection — 100 pcs of recycling kits (4 fractions each nest). Each set will be equipped with 1 pc. container 1100 liters yellow — plastic, multi-cartridge, metals, 1 piece container 1100 liters blue - paper, 1 pcs container 1100 liters green - glass, 1 container 120/240 liter brown - biowaste and 50 pcs of metal containers for ash and slag in places indicated by the Contracting Authority;

3. Providing approximately 200 pcs of containers of 1100 litres for waste mixed from inhabited property in cases of obstructed collection prior to those properties, in places agreed with the Contracting Authority;

4) providing property owners with single-family containers for the collection of non-segregated (mixed) waste. Containers black 120l/240l with description mixed waste (residual) approx. 6000 pcs ;

5) Providing owners of single-family property containers and bags for selective collection: 240l yellow containers, with description plastic, multi-cartridges and metals approx. 6000 pcs., green containers 120 l with description glass approx. 6000 pcs., brown containers 120 l with BIO description approx. 6000 pcs. and bags - blue 120 l with description paper and cardboard approx. 6 000pcs, gray bags 60 l with description ash, slag approx. 6 000 pcs. ;

6) provide multi-family property owners with containers for the collection of non-segregated (mixed-residual) waste. Containers black 1100l. for residual waste approx. 250 /300 pcs ;

7) the provision of multi-family property owners of containers for selective collection of municipal waste (yellow, green, blue, brown and gray), adjusted by capacity to the collection schedule;

8) providing property owners with uninhabited containers for the collection of unsegregated (mixed-residual) waste;

9) providing property owners with uninhabited containers for selective collection of municipal waste (yellow, green, blue, brown). Due to the different nature of the activities, the Ordering Party provides for a need for each fraction to collect waste approximately 2000 pcs of various containers including 1100 litres, 240 litres, 120 litres. Deadline for delivery of containers until 31.01.2022

10) Delivery bags for selective waste collection at least once a month - about 150 pieces of bags to each fraction to the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall also be obliged to replenish the bags after a telephone notification of the Ordering Party within 3 days of the notification;

11) offering property owners to wash and disinfect
