It is a mixed-price market, it includes:

- recurring annual services at a global and flat-rate price on the basis of a Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (Dpgf),

- one-off services with purchase orders to be carried out on the basis of a Unit Price Schedule (BPU) for the cleaning of common areas and housing before rental or cleaning following a disaster (fire and water damage), the removal and treatment of waste of any kind present on its heritage, the unclogging of garbage columns, the clearance of housing and various premises, etc.

the amount of orders for the initial period of the contract is defined as follows:

minimum = 30 000,00 EUR HT Maximum = 300 000,00 EUR HT

The amounts will be the same for each renewal period
