The agreement includes the working delivery and subsequent making available of a civil affairs application, including maintenance and support.
The agreement is entered into for a minimum period of five years and a maximum of eleven years. The expected effective date of the agreement is 1.5.2021. The contracting authority intends to put the solution into production by 1.1.2022 at the latest.

The supplier delivers the following performance (hereinafter also referred to as: the solution):
- one-off: taking care of the implementation of the civil affairs application (installation and design in accordance with the implementation plan to be supplied, see section 3.4.2)
- annually: making available, supporting and maintaining the civil affairs application. In accordance with GIBIT (Articles 8.3 and 8.9), this means:
- corrective maintenance,
- preventive maintenance,
- innovative maintenance,
- user support,
- timely compliance with relevant laws and regulations,
- continues to meet agreed interoperability requirements,
- timely compliance with new versions of municipal ICT quality standards through updates and upgrades.
