Kildare County Council as Contracting Authority wishes to establish and operate a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision Road Design Consultancy Services, including the provision of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) services.

It is estimated that the total value of projects annually will not exceed €5m (excluding VAT but including construction costs).

A large variety of other projects and activities may be specified under the Framework Agreement. The frequency, scale and type of projects may vary depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority and the urgency of the work required.

Design services on some projects may be provided by the Contracting Authority with support services taken from the Framework Agreement.

Kildare County Council may carry out procurement for consultancy services in other ways.
