The State Office for Foreigners' Affairs Schleswig-Holstein (LfA) operates a state accommodation (LUK) in 23795 Bad Segeberg, Segeberger Straße 106a. As a rule, the LUK should accommodate 600 residents (employees for 600 residents must be kept available and calculated). Optionally, the LUK can be occupied by more residents.

We are looking for a reliable, industry-experienced operator who offers an appealing range of varied, inexpensive and tasty dishes and drinks that are tailored to the respective market situation and special concerns, in particular the different beliefs and countries of origin of the residents the property's employees. The use of allergy-causing additives in the food should be avoided. It is expected that there will be a flexible response to fluctuating occupancy figures. The contractor is expected to address residents' eating habits.
