Maintenance supply/exhaust air system 31 680 m3/h.

Central control technology

Maintenance of BMS and I&C systems.

Heating - Plumbing

Maintenance of 2 gas boilers 400 KW, 2 gas boilers 450 KW, 1 cooling system 750 KW.

Electrical systems

Maintenance of 21 distribution systems, 361 fire detectors, approx. 709 Instabus units.

Interior doors - façade

Maintenance of approx. 330 sun protection systems, approx. 400 doors, approx. 330 windows.

Firefighting equipment

Maintenance of approx. 30 SHEVs, approx. 1,000 sprinkler nozzles, 25 wall hydrants, approx. 80 hand extinguishers.
