MS Dynamics CRM consultants

This contract concerns a framework agreement with a single service provider for the on-demand hiring of both technical and functional profiles for:

• Developing new CRM applications, made in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (cloud) & Power Platform (and future platform versions) and associated Sharepoint applications.

• The maintenance of our existing and future CRM applications, created in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (cloud) & Power Platform (and future platform versions) and linked to both Sharepoint applications. Maintenance refers to providing bug fixes and minor adjustments to existing applications.
