The subject of the order is successive supply of fuels (diesel fuel, unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel with increased low temperature properties) to Grajew, Łomża, Siemiatycz, Suwałk, Wysokie Mazowiecki and Zambrow with the purpose of refueling vehicles for Podlaska Vehicle Communication Nova S.A. in Białystok and for resale, for a period of 12 consecutive months from 1 July 2022

Vehicle Communication Nova S.A. in Białystok and for resale, for a period of 12 consecutive months from 1 July 2022
The projected fuel demand for the period covered by the contract is:
(a) 2 530,00 m3 of diesel fuel (CPV code 09134100-8);
(b) 253,00 m3 diesel fuel with elevated low temperature characteristics (CPV code 09134100-8);
(c) 66,00 m3 of unleaded petrol (CPV code 09132100-4).
The diesel fuel offered must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (OJ 2015.1680) and correspond to PN-EN 590 (in case the provisions of the Regulation provide for higher requirements than the norm, the provisions of the regulation decide). In the case of diesel fuel with elevated low temperature properties, in addition to the above requirements, should additionally be characterized by a cold filter blocking temperature not higher than minus 32 degrees Celsius and a turbidity temperature not higher than minus 22 degrees Celsius.
