The purpose of this consultation is to acquire, supply, deliver, install, commissioning, and training in the use of a 140 GHz “Parameters S” high frequency measuring bench on behalf of the CNRS — Laboratory for Analysis and Systems Architecture (LAAS-UPR8001). The contract is an instalment contract pursuant to Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Order Code.

This consultation includes the acquisition, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and training in the use of a 140 GHz “Parameters S” high frequency measuring bench. The contract is an instalment contract pursuant to Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Order Code:

— the firm band refers to the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and training in the use of a 140 GHz “Parameters S” high frequency measuring bench, according to the specifications of the article as defined in Article 23 of Special Clauses (PCC) No.21231 and its Annex;

— Optional Band 1 corresponds to: a twelve-month warranty extension for the 140 GHz Parameters S High Frequency Bench after the end of the initial 24-month warranty period of the firm band.

It is concluded for a period of one year and renewable annually by tacit renewal for a total term of three years.
