This consultation will give rise to an unallocated contract at mixed prices:-Part of the services will give rise to the conclusion of a public contract concluded at a global and fixed price for all the missions relating to the monitoring of the operation of the concession as described in the CCTP.-The Other Party will give rise to the conclusion of a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded at unit prices applied to the quantities actually performed for services whose is not defined in the CCTP (specific missions, Article 4 of the CCTP), while remaining within the subject of the contract. These may include additional expert missions focused on technical, economic or legal subjects. This part of the contract is concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 80,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract
