The Three AOCs Linnaeus is currently located at Archimedesplantsoen 87 in Amsterdam. This location is outdated and is not suitable to facilitate the desired education renewal. The Board of Directors of De Drie AOCs has decided to rebuild this location. During the new construction work, the education at the site must be carried out.
The contract covers the main lines:
— to carry out the design and advisory work necessary for the realisation of the project in accordance with the Question Specification,
— the realisation of the new construction in stages,
— demolition of the current educational building (in stages),
— basic facilities of the site,
— active aftercare of 12 months.
The entire terrain design is not, in principle, part of the realization. These activities are designed and realized by third parties.
The new building is designed to accommodate 250 students in practical education and 100 students in the VMBO. The need for educational space is 3 665 m
