Framework contract for the supply of ticket validators

REVG plans to introduce a complete EFM/ITCS system for the first time by 31.12.2023. The overall system includes system units in public transport vehicles, communication and background systems. The subject of this order is the delivery of ticket validators within the framework of a framework contract. Under the framework agreement, 400 ticket validators are initially to be procured in an initial call-off with a delivery period of 3 months from the award of the contract. The framework agreement also includes the procurement of up to a further 100 validators; a maximum of 500 validators can thus be called up via the framework agreement. Further details can be found in the draft of the specifications, which are already provided with the participation competition for more detailed information on the subreport award platform. Since the specifications are only a draft, we expressly reserve the right to make changes.

The client expressly refers to the provision of § 55 SektVO; he will make use of his right to make use of offers for products with a proportion of goods of more than 50% from third countries from third countries in accordance with § 55 Abs. 1 SektVO.
