The Design Department is located near the campus and in the immediate vicinity of the Oetkerhalle and the "Rosengarten", in the building at Lampingstr. 3 in Bielefeld. Almost 600 students are currently studying there. There are also lecture halls, seminar rooms, workshops, laboratories, computer rooms, canteen, library, offices and other usable areas.

The aim of this call for tenders is to maintain the appearance of the FH locations and buildings at all times in a well-kept and clean manner. The buildings should be preserved in appearance and value and always offer students, teachers, employees and visitors an inviting atmosphere.

In the aforementioned lot, the maintenance cleaning for the Lampingstraße site in Bielefeld will be put out to tender. The planned contract period is: 01.10.2022 - 31.07.2024 (22 months).

With the new building in Minden, which was completed in 2015, the campus now covers an area of approx. 28,000 m² over eight buildings with lecture halls, seminar rooms, workshops, laboratories, computer rooms, canteen, library, offices and other usable areas, as well as park-like open spaces.
