Drinks are served in a number of locations within the City and OCMW Beringen. This also concerns locations under own management and exploitation of associations that are also active in organizing events, for which there is often a need for additional support (mobile tap installations, additional tables and chairs, etc.).

This concerns both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that are served.

The city council wishes to appoint a supplier for the supply of drinks and the necessary standard accessories for permanent use (including glasses, bottle openers, trays, beer coasters, refrigerators and other counter accessories) in the following buildings:

In the future, deliveries of drinks must take place at the new location.

No costs may be charged for this change of delivery address.

The list of locations is non-exhaustive. Additional locations may be added to the agreement in the future on the same terms.

Exceptional deliveries to other locations within the city for all kinds of events, receptions and / or activities should also be possible.

Several rooms are equipped with a tap and cooling system and refrigerators. If these installations do not (anymore) meet the conditions of the brewery, new installations will be provided, which will be made available on loan to the city council.

The tenderer is deemed to be aware of the local situation by submitting his tender. (a visit on site is possible with a timely request for an appointment).
